The wedding was wonderful! It was simple and
sweet with David's family at his dad's house in Escondido, California.
David's dad, Chuck, acted as the pastor (yes, it's all legal), as well as
hosting a beautiful wedding and BBQ at his house with his wife, Leona.
David's mom, Dawn, and her husband, Skip, were there from Helena, Montana,
and Skip acted as Valéria's dad and gave her away. Fourteen of David's Sixteen neices and nephews were there, along with both
sets of his parents. Josely and Don and Patricia and Dan, friends of
Valéria's from Phoenix came as well, along with lots of cousins, uncles and
aunts and other family members and friends. Valéria has 16 neices and
nephews as well. We will see her family in Rio on our one year anniversary
for a church wedding ceremony and reception, to be followed by our second
honeymoon!
