There are to more free rooms for the beginning of July (open end). The rooms are in our apartment in ipanema close to Praça General Osório in
Rua Barão da Torre 85, Cobertura 2 (pictures attached).
The apartment has:
- 4 rooms
- 2 bathrooms
- living room with sofa and television
- terrace (80m²)
- grill
- washing machine
- telephone, internet
The costs are 500R$ for the smaller room, plus light and telephone and 770R$ for the bigger room.
Besides we have got two free rooms just for the month July.

O aparamento tem:

- Churrasqueiria
- maquinas de lavar roupa e louça
- telefone, internet
O aluguel de quarto menor é de R$500,00 por mês mais luz, e telefone.
O aluguel de quarto maior é de R$770,00.
Além disso temos dois quartos livre por só por o mês julho.

Das Apartment hat:
- 4 Zimmer (plus Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher
- 2 Badezimmer
- 80m² Terrasse
- Grill
- Wasch- und Spülmaschine
- Telefon, Internet
Die Miete für das kleinere Zimmer ist R$500,00 pro Monat plus Strom und Telefon.
Für das größere sind es R$770,00.
Außerdem haben wir noch zwei freie Zimmer nur für den Monat Juli.
